I do not normally post on weekends, but this is when most people tend to relax so I felt like this was appropriate!
So I recently had the opportunity to talk to a Natural Healthcare Educator and I explained to her my situation of my husband deploying, being a staying at home mom, and not really getting any time for me or to relax for the next few months while Ryan is gone. She listened to what my worries were and basically it was just that I needed something to help me relax and breathe.
So I recently had the opportunity to talk to a Natural Healthcare Educator and I explained to her my situation of my husband deploying, being a staying at home mom, and not really getting any time for me or to relax for the next few months while Ryan is gone. She listened to what my worries were and basically it was just that I needed something to help me relax and breathe.
She sent me 3 different types of essential oils.
Balance to help with Anxiety, and Fear
Serenity to help with ADD/ADHD, Calming, Insomnia, Mental Fatigue and Stress
Citrus Bliss to help with Restlessness.
Now, I do not have a serious case by any means of any of these but it is really nice to help me relax. I actually have been keeping the Serenity and Citris Bliss on my desk to help me when I am working on the blog or things on the computer.
Balance I have been keeping on my bedside table and putting it on my wrists before bed at night. I do not know if it is mental or not but I really feel like it has helped me take deep breaths and fall asleep much faster!!!
I feel like these oils are great for anyone who is a military spouse or family member, going through a hard time, or just stressed out at work! I don’t know if it is just me but they also make me want to take better care of myself. I know that sounds strange, and it may just be because they smell so natural but I really have been more aware of what I am putting in my body lately! I have been drinking way more water, working out more, and eating better!
