Being that I am a hairstylist I get lots of emails about hair products and color questions! I love helping you as much as possible but sometimes it is hard until you can really see and feel the hair to recommend products! Well I have found an amazing website to help with a lot of your questions about hair…but not only hair! Rank & Style covers everything from jeans to makeup to face masks! You need advice on products? They have it, and if they don’t, you can request it!!!!
“….Enter Rank & Style, a new web and mobile platform that does all the research for you. Rank & Style Top Ten lists are created utilizing an algorithm that methodically researches and aggregates data (user reviews, bestseller lists, editorial recommendations and expert product reviews) from the department stores, boutiques, fashion blogs and style magazines you trust. Delivered to your inbox, each list captures the Top Ten items within a defined fashion or beauty category to help you find the best products based on their popularity, quality, value, trendiness and “buzz” factor.”
This research they did was on Hair Oils. I feel like hair oil is a very scary product for most people in fear it will make their hair greasy. In some cases, that is absolutely true! But they have ranked these oils from 1-10 based on their popularity, quality, value, trendiness, and “buzz” factor. If you visit their website they also go into detail about each one! Below are all locations that you can purchase each of these!
- Moroccanoil Treatment
- Bumble and Bumble Hairdresser’s Invisible Oil
- Oribe Gold Lust Nourishing Hair Oil
- One ‘n Only Argan Oil Treatment
- ALTERNA Bamboo Smooth Kendi Oil Dry Oil Mist
- Macadamia Natural Oil™ Healing Oil Treatment
- Davines Oil Absolute Beautifying Potion
- L’Oreal Total Repair 5 Multi-Restorative Dry Oil
- Sachajuan Intensive Hair Oil
- Organix Moroccan Argan Oil Penetrating Oil
My personal recommendation is the Oribe Gold Lust Nourishing Hair Oil. I use it at home in my hair and am absolutely in love! I usually use two pumps and apply it from my “Ponytail down” (everything that hangs below your scalp) and then work left overs around my face while hair is damp or towel dried!
