July was an extremely busy month for me. We hosted a 4th of July cookout, threw Braydon’s 4th birthday party at the pool, went to Miami Swim Week for 5 days, got home for one, and turned around and flew with both the boys across the country to LA to film for a brand out there. Needless to say, having a sit-down breakfast, lunch or dinner has not been a priority nor a possibility this month.
Our days in Miami consisted of anywhere from two to four outfit changes, lots of walking, show watching and, well, sweating. I mean hey—it is Miami in July.
Walking several miles a day in heels, standing in line to check in at shows and more can really take it out of you. My girlfriend I was traveling with actually did a series on Snapchat where she asked any influencer we ran into how they were beating the heat. Some mentioned staying hydrated. Yes, absolutely hydration is important. Others said embracing it, and Rocky Barnes even mentioned she didn’t sweat due to participating in regular hot yoga. I have to share my tip with you guys on how I kept up my energy and motivation to keep going from 7am to 11pm every single day.
thinkThin® High Protein Bars and thinkThin® Protein Bites are a guiltless and delicious little snack that would give me my protein and make sure I wasn’t getting too much sugar, as they are 100% sugar free!
If I was carrying a tote around, I liked to keep the bites on hand, as I needed them throughout the day. When carrying a smaller clutch, sneaking the snack bars in took up less room than my cell phone and extra portable chargers!
Being on the go is so much fun and always exciting for me, but I try to make sure I am always putting my health first and taking care of myself. thinkThin® makes it super easy and convenient to do just that.
Protein helps fuel a full, energetic life. And good nutrition should always be delicious. That’s why thinkThin® products are packed with protein and come in a variety of decadent flavors. www.facebook.com/thinkproducts
