A Hint of Sage + Life Ramblings

None of you guys would believe me if I told you how insane our weather has been, I promise! Literally raining and warm one day, rainy and cold the next, sunny and freezing, sunny and warm. I literally can not keep up and am laughing to myself as I look at the range of outfits I have up to post the next few days. So I hope your ready for everything from ponchos, sweaters and beach bunny outfits! 

The other day I met my girlfriends for lunch and literally the sky decided to drop on us, and I am talking torrential down pour so I was thankful I work my hair up and didn’t put too much effort into it. The top knot and half top knot are two of my favorites lately because they are easy and cute! I kept my outfit warm and cozy and over all very neutral. I added a hint of sage to this black and grey ensemble to give it a little warmth. 

Side note–does anyone watch the Bachelor? I am NOT a TV watcher, I can list on one hand the number of shows I will watch, and for some reason Bachelor is one of those 5. Along with Modern Family, and a few comedies I just happen to get into when my husband is watching. Since I do not watch a lot of TV I was totally unaware until a few hours ago that it starts tonight and my day just got so much better–so up on the schedule tonight for the Fay family? Onion and Cilantro Tacos and Bachelor!

Apparently I am in a talkative mood today- I guess that happens when you spend 8 hours of your day with a three year old and ten month old. Speaking of the boys, I was recently introduced to a new line of jewelry called Miracle Links that is sold at Kay Jewelers. They sent me the sweetest necklace that represents the unbreakable bond between a mother and her children. One larger circle (mine is silver) and two smaller circles (mine are rose gold and gold). If we decided to have more children more ‘bonds’ are very easily added. It is truly the perfect gift for a mother for Valentines day or Mothers day!
