Every time my husband leaves for training or a deployment I end up making a list of things I want to accomplish! It helps the time pass by and helps me focus on things other than his absence! Normally when we get in bed he ends up making me turn off my phone or computer so we can go to sleep, but when he is gone, I sit on Pinterest, for HOURS! 
Well my projects I want to get done before he comes home are:
1. Organizing the house and closets.
2. Painting our last two rooms…and to me some of the most important. Braydon’s room and our own! 
3. Paint a canvas for our room and Guest Bath.
So my bedroom is first, if you follow me on instagram you saw a little preview of our new and improved bedroom!
I obviously got this inspiration from pinterest…doesn’t everyone these days?! I must say I was not the most organized about it! I had several people give me tips such as using a level…did I use a level? No, would my job have been easier? Maybe! But I literally just started taping one afternoon thinking, if it looks bad I will take the tape down. Well luckily it wasn’t a huge waste of tape and it worked out for me! What I did was take a ruler and every side and the center width are all the same length. I put a piece of tape in all the areas I was not going to paint, just for precaution in case I got carried away while painting! I painted it all by hand with a brush instead of a roller to prevent any splashing or accidentally getting outside of the tape!

This candle smells amazing! It was a gift from Sage Jewelry! I have been waiting to burn it until I got these pics and it’s actually burning right now! I love how it makes my entire upstairs smell amazing! Not to mention the packaging is beautiful! This scent is Jade.
Now, I will take you into our bathroom closet…

To me, there is no greater feeling of accomplishment than being super organized! I fall a little on the OCD side, So I do realize not everyone cares about organization but if you do, you HAVE to get these adorable sticker labels! You can get these easy to use labels at Kidecals! They are dishwasher safe too, so if you spill something and need to wash your container, no problem!

Now Braydon’s closet…
These closet organizers from Delta Children are perfect for clothes that you don’t need to hang but you also do not want them in your child’s dresser because they aren’t wearing them yet or simply because if your child’s drawers are as full as Braydon’s they just wont fit!

Braydon absolutely loves his new Cars toy box, also from Delta Children, all hew wants to do is take toys out of it and throw them back in it as hard as he can! (such a boy)

I now feel like I am officially organized to where I am satisfied. Now on to painting Braydon’s room! This task will be a little harder because I obviously can not be in his room painting while he is sleeping! I am going to do his in horizontal navy stripes! 🙂 Pics to come after I tackle this task!
