These are a few really great products I have found that are really helping my hair!
Also, sleeping in Organic Coconut Oil Will help too! I try to do this once a week!
Blow drying, flat ironing, curling ironing, etc. all takes a toll on our hair. I am by no means saying to not do these to your hair. I am a firm believer that the way your hair looks 100% can effect the way we feel about ourselves. But, on days that you know you will not be doing anything important the next day. Or a day that you can wear your hair in a super cute “up do,” go to bed with your hair wet. Let it air dry!!
Tips to wake up with adorable hair after no heat styling are:
-Sleep with your hair in 4 buns on your head. Secure with bobby pins instead of elastics to avoid creases and bends in the hair.
-Sleep in braids/a braid. The more braids you put in your hair, the more crimped it will be.
-Split your head into two sections from forehead to nape and twist each side away from your face. Take each side and pull it up and pin it to top of your head. (Sort of like Princess Leia style) Wake up with curls away from your face!
Let me know if you have any questions! Hope this helps get your healthy, shiny locks back into tip top shape!
