Music of Summer

Do you remember the summer before your graduated high school and all the music you listened to? That one song every time you hear it brings you back to a certain memory. Driving in the car after school with your girlfriends? Your favorite route to the mall? Road trips to the beach with family and friends? Well, for me it has always been country music. I am a southern girl from western North Carolina and no other music brings back memories like country does. Can I get a yeehaw? haha–seriously, I am kidding. But really, I am a country music girl! I grew up going to every country concert that came to town! You name them–I have probably seen them live!
My favorite country song is our first dance song from our wedding–Kenny Chesney-You Save Me.  It still brings tears to my eyes every time I hear it!

Ever since Braydon was super young Ryan has played the guitar for him and most of the songs he plays are country songs. Bray loves music and he actually has amazing rhythm and can clap and shake a tambourine on beat–it is seriously the cutest thing! I feel like it is really important to keep music a huge part of his life–it brings back the best memories for Ryan and I and I want it to do the same for Bray.
Our family listens to music every time we are on the beach, in the car and when we are grilling out in the back yard! We use Spotify to listen to our music because they have awesome play lists pre made for you!

I also have a playlist for basically anything else we do!! They are labeled as Beach, Workout, Back Yard and Around the House (which is just a little motivation to help me clean and be productive) !
