Decorating for Halloween is sometimes challenging for me. I am not a huge fan of the spider webs, ghosts and goblins! I like to be practical, creative, and fun all while trying to keep the decor flowing with the rest of my house. Basically, I try to mix my year round decor with my holiday decor, and in this case, Halloween. I documented my step by step process of choosing the right decor for our front foyer table. I tried a few different things until I found what I felt was the perfect amount. I ended up going with just the candle because I felt like the others didn’t add enough height for the look that I was going for. I also chose to keep these OREO Glow-in-the-Dark packages up front for two reasons. One, it is right by the window so they get a lot of natural light during the day, causing them to glow at night, which Braydon loves! Two, it is the perfect place to keep them for trick-or-treaters, easy access by the front door. I know they neighborhood kids are going to love the change from candy to two cookies!
