When planning any type of get together at our house, whether it be a cocktail hour, tea time, or a prosecco brunch; I like to first, select the type of beverage we are having. Depending on our guests and what their preferences are sets the entire theme for the mini event. Following the selection of our drink of choice, I then plan my decor around the type of drink and the look of the bottle. For our little early Easter brunch I served cinnamon rolls, fruits, and chocolate filled pastries. All of which I felt would perfectly pair with this modern Italian prosecco. I wanted everything to be simple, mess-less and sweet to keep people from feeling like they had to sit down to eat. I did however prep the table in all burlap and gold with a touch of Easter as the center piece.
VOVETI is upscale and affordable, perfect for everyday pairing or chic entertaining with friends, such as my brunch. It mixes great with juices to make mimosas and bellinis, but is also smooth enough to drink alone as well. Another reason I love to serve VOVETI is, just like men and their craft beer, this is a craft prosecco and only 15,000 cases are made a year.
