Why I Drink Wine From a Mother’s Perspective

In honor of mother’s day I have decided to let you guys in on a little secret. I love to have a glass of wine with dinner, on the couch while I am watching tv with Ryan, or in bed working before I go to sleep to help me relax. I am not saying that becoming a mother has caused me to drink by any means (insert crazy eyes and tongue sticking out emoji). But it has absolutely caused my brain to have a hard time shutting off at night; thinking about…. “Did the boys have enough fruits and veggies today?” “What time do I need to get the boys up to be ready in the morning?” “Am I limiting their time on tablets enough?”….”oh, and I forgot bananas at the grocery store!” “What am I going to wear tomorrow?- I should have laid out mine and the boys outfits!!” “I wonder if I change my air filters enough.” “When was the last time I wiped down my base boards?!?” “Crap, I didn’t finish writing tomorrows blog post!” Crazy thoughts, I know — and they are never ending — but every mom has them right? Now, THAT is why I drink wine!





I am new to drinking wine – I only started drinking wine about a year and a half ago but trust me I have tried my fair share of different types and brands now. Of all price ranges too. This mouth watering wine quickly became my favorite Chardonnay. I was able to find Butter Chardonnay in Wholefoods, Bevmo, Total Wine & More, Kroger and HEB.
