I know almost everyone of you know that I am beyond obsessed with where we live. Our home is most peoples vacation and I do not take one day for granted living here. I pray we never have to move because I might go into a severe depression!
For those of you who do not know anything about where we live. It is known as many places and small beaches along a gorgeous highway, 30A. Full of palm trees, pine trees, sea grass and powder white sand you have a beautiful highway that travels along the gulf coast. It is a decently small community where most everyone knows each other or has at least heard of each other. I grew up in a small town which was the same way, I thought I never wanted to live in a place like that again until I moved here and realized that it was okay if everyone knew of each other since we all have the same mindset, sun and sand, all the time. I love how everyone here is so proud of our beach we call, home.
If you have not visited 30A, I highly suggest it be on your bucket list, and sooner rather than later because you are going to want to come back every year, and possibly even move here!

Just found your blog, and realized you lived nearby. I grew up in a military family, moving around, and my parents retired in Sandestin! I love South Walton, and am proud to have raised my children on 30A. Best to you and your family! ~ Susan #30AEats
