One of my biggest ‘fears’ of aging is loosing my youth. By that I mean, glowing vibrant skin, bouncy luscious thick hair and feeling my best so I can look my best. I don’t mean to sound shallow but as a woman we tend to age less gracefully than a gray-haired silver fox male. Any magazine or website you read seem to have all the “answers” to make sure you do not age a bit. While I am sure many of them work and are true; I have come up with three important things you need to keep maintained and healthy to hold on to your youth as long as possible!!
1. Healthy Full Hair
Did you know that thinning and hair loss can begin in as early as some women’s 20’s? One in three women will notice hair thinning in her lifetime. The key to managing hereditary hair loss is treating it at the earliest signs with Women’s ROGAINE® Foam, which is clinically proven to regrow hair in 81%* of women with new hairs growing in up to 48%** thicker than before. Similar to anti-aging skin care treatments, there are treatments to address aging hair including Women’s ROGAINE® Foam. As you wouldn’t wait until the damage is already done to your skin, you shouldn’t wait too late for your hair as well!
2. Stay Hydrated and Healthy
When your skin doesn’t have proper nutrients and hydration it looses color, elasticity and the ability to recreate itself the way its supposed to. As much as I wish I had time to eat healthy 100% of the time, it is just not feasible. Taking nutrients and vitamins helps to make sure I still get my daily dose of everything I need!
3. Healthy Glowing Skin
This is a pretty obvious one but dull and un-even skin can age your more than you realize. Using high quality washes, lotions, sunscreens, and makeup will help prevent and cover up any un even coloring or dulling of your skin. If you are still feeling dull after using amazing products try a highlighter with a bit of shimmer on the top of your cheek bones and above the bow of your lip. It is like and instant radiant glow!
