If you didn’t know before, I am sure you will be overwhelmed with posts from Miami Swim Week soon! It is only two weeks away! This is my first time attending Swim Week and I am extremely excited! I have all of my shows RSVP’d and can’t wait to share with you guys all of the new stuff coming out! Speaking of traveling, it never fails. I always get sick or just don’t feel myself. I know it is due to lack of sleep, stress of traveling and being exposed to germs I am not normally exposed to staying home with the boys. I did a little research and have come up with 3 pretty easy ways to stay healthy while traveling!!
1. Get plenty of rest. I know it’s hard when you are traveling but if you can find ways to sneak in an early night to bed, a morning to sleep in or even a little cat nap during the day after lunch; your body will thank you. Even on the most relaxing vacation the stress of traveling can take a toll on your body! Make sure to keep taking care of yourself!
2. Stay Regular. When traveling and with such a drastic diet change it can sometimes be hard on your digestive system and body!
