(From east to west)
Amici 30A & Amigo 30A – Their food is SO SO good! I get the rice bowl or tacos at Amigos, their salsa is good too!! They are located in 30Avenue so you have to cross 98 to get there but there are lots of shops, a small grass area for the kids to play + other restaurants too! Cute little area! You can walk across the street at The Pointe on 30a at the stop light!
Cowgirl Kitchen – Good food but not my favorite if I am being 100% honest but Ryan LOVES their pizza though. Local staple and they are moving their 2nd location into Blue Mountain Beach.
Paradis – On the pricier side – even for 30a, but their food is SO good and their cocktails are even more amazing! Never had a bad meal there! Jeff is one of our favorite bartenders there!
La Crema – I am a sucker for their cheese and chocolate fondu, but thats the only thing I truly crave from here. There is always a long wait in season to go an hour before you want to eat most nights to put your name in and grab a cocktail and walk around!
The Citizen – LOVE the vibe and they have really unique cocktails. Food is okay, haven’t had anything bad there but also nothing I HAD to have again. Super trendy and it is new to the area! Not kid friendly.
Caliza – Not kid friendly in my opinion but great date night place! You can’t beat the poolside vibe! It is gorgeous! Food is good!!!
Old Florida Fish House – Sushi is so good!!! This is our restaurant that hosted the Desantis event we went to. Kid friendly with the grass, outdoor games, dock etc! We usually just do beer and sushi here. There is a little beer/wine shop at the back of the grass too that you can grab cocktails and let the kids play while you wait on a table.
Cafe ThirtyA – LOVE their food. 30a Staple, typically take reservations – not sure if they stop for busy months but def try it! They can take larger parties upstairs or in their side room which is nice!
Surfing Deer – Not fully kid friendly but SO GOOD! If your kids are really well behaved maybe outside on the patio? They offer blankets for chillier nights! Get the bacon on a clothes line appetizer! Go ahead and order 2 – its SO GOOD!
Seaside Airstreams – Love this for large groups or picky eaters because everyone can order something different! Our favorites are The Meltdown on 30a and Barefoot BBQ are our two favorites. You can bring a blanket and eat in the grass, on the stairs or at the picnic tables!
Great Southern – Seaside staple! Kid friendly and great mojitos!!! The table cloths are white paper so the kids can draw!
Pickles – Super casual, great for quick casual dinner after the beach when you don’t want to get cleaned up!! Good quality burgers/meat etc. You can eat inside or out!
Shrimp Shack – Easy and outside, again great for after long beach days! I get the lobster roll with no bread (basically just lobster chunks) because I am not a huge fan of thick bread lol. But normal people eat it with the bread! Small menu but good food!
Taco Bar – LOVE their tacos, burritos, and all the things! Good margs! They have a newer cute set up now too, we love their food!
Wine Bar – Happy hour starts at 11 and doesn’t end til 6. Enough said? 1/2 off carafs! Lol, but Ryan loves their pizzas and I get their crab cake on the house salad, ahi tuna on salad, or paninis! They have really great cheese selections as well! We get the 5 meats and cheeses typically to start!
Taco 30A – Delivery or Casual Pick up. I wouldnt recommend eating here, but get their food to go or deliivered. It is SO SO GOOD! I get the tacos, Ryan gets the burrito and the kids get their kids quesidilla (it is typically less toasted than the adults)
Red Bar– Good food and a 30a staple. You atleast gotta try it so you can say you did!
Crackings – Such good breakfast and blood orange mimosas. Be prepared to wait though unless you jump on the waitlist on YELP before you go, you can grab a mimosa and hang out around the shops. They usually have live music!
Chanticleer – one of our favorite places to go for lunch! The BEST soup and sandwich combos on 30A in my opinion!
Grayton Seafood– Southern style (a lot of fried) seafood but it is so good. Check their hours before you go though because they are not open every day or all day.
Shunk Gulley – Gorgeous restaurant and view, usually packed and long wait. Once you put your name in you can walk around the area though. Their lemon meyer oysters and raw oysters are so good tho, so if you go – those are a must! I also love their chowder
Perfect Pig – We love their food and their customer service is actually amazing! They are always so accomodating! I havent had anything here I didnt like yet. We like to do lunch/brunch here.
Stinkys – we love grabbing lunch here! They are open for dinner but wait time is usually super long. I love their grouper!! Their gumbo is so good too!
Technically not on 30a but local staples:
The Bay – Great for families! Large tables outdoors and has a bay beach for the kids to run around on! Food is so yum!
Farm and Fire – Some of the best pizza in the area + amazing sushi! Their bartenders are SO good and they have so many really cool cocktails!
North Beach Social – super kid friendly and laid back. Seat yourself, walk up to bar to order drinks and inside to order food at the counter. Large sandy area for the kids to play, they leave pretty messy tho – just a heads up. Dress casual!
We have a couple new restaurants being built and renovated too! I think most of them should be done by the end of summer/early fallso I will send to an updated guide in a few months.
