**If you want to make this salsa creamy, add in one ripe avocado, 1/4 cup of sour cream and juice of one lime.
1 lb tomatillos
2-4 jalapeños
Fresh garlic
1 onion
1 bunch of cilantro
Salt to taste
Preheat over to 450 while prepping veggies. Roast in preheated oven for 20 minutes, do not add olive oil – they will get juicy on their own. Once roasted blend everything + cilantro in blender to your desired texture! Put in fridge to cool – if you can make it there!!
