What you will need::
2 eggs
1/4 cup of cheese (this one is my favorite)
2 tbsp salsa
1/2 an avocado (you could use 1/4 but I am obsessed with avocados and don’t like it once they start to brown)
Start by scrambling your eggs, I put just a drop of milk in mine to make them a little fluffier and thinner.
While eggs are cooking, cube avocado like shown below…
Tip:: Leave the seed in the other half..and store air tight. It will keep it from browning so fast!
You can also put lemon juice on it to help with browning but that will change the flavor.
With this breakfast you are getting Protein, Vitamins A, D, B12, Calcium, and Zinc. Not to mention the 20 essential vitamins found in Avocados. (Salsas will vary)
Eggs, Cheese, Salsa, and Avocado!…YUMMM!!!
