Apple Cider Vinegar Pills : I started taking this exact brand last January and I love them! I did quite a bit of research on these pills then, but keep in mind that this was a year ago now. That being said – these never make my stomach feel sick and I feel like I can tell a huge difference if I let myself run out of these. They help keep down bloat, energize, etc. I take them at night when I go to bed and have eaten plenty during the day. They do not keep me up at night, but if they do you – I would take them after lunch.
Oxy-Powder Colon Cleanser : This is a brand new product that I just ordered at the end of last week so it should be here any day. I haven’t tried this before but have read so many great things – so wanted to put it on the list as I hope it works and I love it, if you want to order it to try as well. It is essentially like a 5 day colon cleanse!
Chia Seeds : I add these to most all of our dinners (when I remember – I find if I leave them on the counter I am much better about this vs when I hide in pantry.) I also make chia pudding for breakfast or snacks sometimes and it is so good! I just like to keep them on hand and incorporate when I can for myself and the family.
Garlic Pills : My husband did some research on garlic pills and the benefits – we take mostly for cholesterol (heredity in my family…and Ryan loves red meat) But garlic is also known to be great for blood pressure, preventing colds, and preventing certain cancers. This exact brand of pills do NOT give you any garlic taste, smells or burps!
Smart Body Scale : This is the scale we have and we LOVE it bc it seems to be SO accurate and has the free app to download with it which helps you track your progress! We love this one – plus it’s really affordable.
Any Lean Protein: I tend to look for 15-30g of protein and under 175 calories. ie. I like protein that has 15g of protein and only 90 calories and I tend to do 2 scoops. If it has 25-30g of protein it probably has 135-175 calories. I have had this brand listed above in the image several times but I like to switch it up. I will put the other ones I tried and like below as well so you can decide. I prefer vanilla – but that is just a personal preference.
Mason Jars : You truly don’t need this many if you want to go grab them at the store. But, they seem to come in sets online and they are so cheap. Plus, you can use them for other things. I probably only use 3-4 of ours but I like to have multiple so I don’t have to hand wash for the next day. You can use them for storage of other things too and fruits and veggies! I use these for my chia pudding and overnight oats.
Blender : I had another less expensive blender before this one and I will never go back. In my opinion – no matter what your blending this one is the BEST! I use this for several things that I will be showing you over the month. Including my protein shakes, smoothies and a flourless protein cake I make for snacks.
CLA Pills : Okay, these are the pills I swore by last year. I swear – these are a lot of the reason so many pounds fell off and stayed off last year. 90% of the people who ordered them last year when I talked about them messaged me weeks and months later saying they couldn’t believe how great these were. Actually, reminds me that we are almost out and I need to order more. I know they are pricey for a pill – just trust me! We take 4 a day (2 pills twice a day)
Pro-biotics : Obviously, any pro-biotic will do but these are the ones I take and LOVE! So these are tried and tested. I can see a difference in my skin, hair, gut, and even my eyes when I take these. I just feel better and everything looks better.
