DISCLAIMER: Before you start reading I want everyone to know – I have NO intent to rip off any designer. All of my designer bags, belts, jewelry and sunnies (other than these bangles and gucci dupes below) are authentic and purchased from the brand themselves. I am truly just trying to help out people who can not justify spending the amount of money on designer items.
Celine Alphabet Necklace | Dupe – I have never personally held or seen this dupe necklace in person but on the computer it looks pretty dang close! The authentic Celine is pretty heavy around the neck, but not to wear it gets sore when you wear it. Haha!
Gucci Sunglasses | Dupe – I purchased the dupe after wearing my girlfriend, Hollie’s authentic ones in NYC. I absolutely loved them but am constantly loosing, scratching and breaking my sunglasses. And if for some reason they stick around, I ALWAYS stretch them out so bad. All three of my Karen Walkers are either stretched out or scratched – actually I dont know where my third pair is, now that I think about it! So, one is lost!
David Yurman Rope Cuff | Dupe – When I was in NYC, we had about 15 girls that all hung out together most of the time. Can I tell you that I think 10 out of those 15 had these same bracelets as I do? I also have not had any issues with them turning as of now!
Cartier Love Bracelet | Dupe – I have always wanted a cartier bracelet but the thought of having to take it off with a key sounds so annoying to me. And what if I lost the key? haha So, this bracelet just makes way more sense in my opion. Plus, I personally dont have 13k to throw down on a bracelet! If you do, let’s be friends! Ha! JK, kinda!

Thanks for sharing! Handbags, belts, and shoes are always authentic for me BUt I love buying these pieces. I don’t know why the same rules don’t apply to this… for me at least. 🙂

I’m sorry, but anyone who feels like they are too good to buy a dupe over blowing money on material things needs to get a reality check. Not everyone can or even wants to spend thousands of dollars on things that aren’t important, nor should they feel belittled for feeling that way. I’m sure you didn’t mean to come off the way you did (at least I hope you didn’t), but your stories about shoes and even this post makes you sound a little snobbish and that you are too good to buy things that aren’t an authentic piece. There are several bloggers who proudly purchase dupes and share them without caring what others may think of them, they are so much more respected than someone who feels too entitled to purchase something that isn’t the “real thing” or tell everyone they don’t buy dupes. Come off your pedestal just a little, you’re no better than someone who has to look for similar items that are affordable. That doesn’t make them less of a person.
