I got this recipe from one of my friends, Priscilla’s blog at http://orangerieevents.com/blog/. She is a fabulous wedding planner in Raleigh, NC and a super sweet girl!!!! If you know anyone planning a wedding, I highly recommend her! She has great ideas!!!
Anyways!! This recipe was awesome, my whole family loved it!!! She had doubled the recipe from what I have on here, but, we each could only eat 1 or 2 because they ares so filling, but fill free to double this!!!
What you need::
6 Slices Bacon
4 Eggs
1/4 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Black Pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Whip together the eggs, salt, pepper and cheese with a fork.
3. Wrap each piece of bacon inside of each muffin cup.
4. Fill each bacon lined cup 3/4 of the way with the egg mixture.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the egg cups are golden brown and don’t jiggle. Use a knife to scoop them out of the tins…ENJOY!!
Oh yeah, my dad ate one before I could take a picture!!! He couldn’t wait apparently! haha
