In honor of mine and Ryan’s 8 year wedding anniversary in July ((Holy cow, how has it been 8 years already?!)) – I thought it would be fun to put together an anniversary gift guide for you guys.
I was scouring the internet for fun ideas to gift him and was struggling to be honest – so once I found several good items that were still practical and that he would use on a daily or weekly basis. I thought..why not just share these ideas with everyone else and hopefully save them some time too.
As for the HER gift guide – this was easy..as always..all of the items are something I already own or are on my wish list for our anniversary this year. Plus – one of them is a special treat I got a few weeks early!

ring – I absolutely love my wedding band and engagement ring, so haven’t had any itch to upgrade or trade them in. However, I do love the thought of adding extra bling. This year we decided to add on an eternity band from Allurez Jewelers. The reason we knew we had to go with Allurez, who is also known as the internet’s family jeweler, was because all of their jewelry is handcrafted in the USA using natural, conflict-free diamonds and gemstones. Every piece of their jewelry is one of a kind and can be customized – which is also extremely important to me. I have extremely small fingers and it isn’t possible to size down a size 7 eternity band to a size 4 and have it look flawless as well as keep the diamonds in. I need my rings custom made and they did just that for me!
hat – I am a regular purchaser of Brixton hats. They have always been so well made and always seem to fit my head perfectly – so it’s just a no brainer when it comes to picking out a hat online that I can’t try on. Plus – the price point on these is unbeatable!
belt – I have this belt, in this exact same color and it has been my most worn belt to date. It can be worn in winter and fall (I do not like dark or bulky belts in the summer typically). This belt has also been my most durable of all of my belts. I have 2 other designer belts and this one is by far my favorite and held up the best. If your going to splurge for a nicer belt, in my opinion, this is the way to go.
24k eye patches – I got these in a PR package and fell in love with them and actually bought them again! <<this does not happen often. These are just that good, and feel so good on your eyes. It is a splurge for a beauty product but when else are you going to splurge if it’s not your anniversary or birthday?
sunglasses – these have been my most asked about sunglasses over the past 6 months, and everyone who has purchased them and sent me pictures and selfies look SO GOOD in them. They truly look so good on everyone! Plus, they are a affordable!
card case – this is one of the only items on this gift guide I do not have (hint hint Ryan) that I truly just have on my wish list. Anytime I carry a smaller bag on date night or a girls night out and my wallet won’t fit, I embarrassingly just toss my ID and credit card into my bag and hope for the best.
luxury face lotion – I have used this lotion in the past – and since it is such a splurge I do not repurchase often, but any excuse I have to buy this one, I am all over it! If you are a sucker for good skincare, you have to try this one if you haven’t!

sunglasses – Ryan loves his Ray-Ban’s, he has several pairs of the aviators that he rotates. He hasn’t tried the wayfarer style in a while, so I figured this would be a fun little change to switch it up some days.
watch – the same reason we chose to use Allurez jewelers for my ring are the reasons we will choose to order everything else from Allurez. Ryan had a really nice watch (a wedding gift from myself) from our wedding, that over the years and through the deployments – he at some point lost it. Allurez has so many custom options for men!
luggage – Ryan doesn’t travel as much with his new job, but he is still hopping on a flight at least every other month. Having his own luggage keeps him from rushing me to unpack mine from the last trip I went on…well..probably two weeks ago. Haha!
tool – depending on your guy, this is super convenient to keep in their glove compartment, desk at work or even their pocket if they like to have things like this on hand. I like this one because it has the mini-hammer and the wire-cutter.
bluetooth speaker – I typically always choose Bose when it comes to speakers because their sound is always the best and this one has an 8-device memory so that we can all connect our phones, and new ones when needed. We use these on the beach, back yard, etc.
bluetooth headphones – I got the apple AirPods a few months ago and they have been the best thing when it comes to taking work calls while busy and while running. Ryan is an android guy, so I thought he would love these for the same reasons I love my wireless earphones!
