When anyone asks what my diet looks like my response is always 80/20. 80% good food options, 20% splurge/satisfy those cravings! It is even better when I can satisfy my sweet tooth and hunger all while making it part of my 80% rule! On a recent trip to Target I went to grab a few of my favorite yogurts – the Two Good Yogurt brand has always been a go-to for me because these little filling cups only have 2 grams of sugar per 5.3oz serving. Which is 80% less sugar than the average greek yogurt. Plus they are low carb and packed with protein (12g of protein!!) so I am satisfied, full and never feel guilty after wanting to lick the cup clean! I do sometimes add a bit of granola, fruit or honey on top to give it a extra. Especially if I have one for breakfast to make it go a little further and to switch it up occasionally!
Anyways, I saw the new Two Good Good Save Meyer Lemon Greek Yogurt flavor and grabbed one to try along with my other favorite flavors. Once I got home I realized there was a mission behind the new Good Save Meyer Lemon Greek Yogurt. I researched it a little further and Two Good joined together with Full Harvest to help reduce food waste right from the farm. So, those over-ripe lemons the farm typically can’t sell? Yeah, they are packed into your little cup of yogurt. Did you know 75-80% of fruit is used and sold to consumers, and the other 20-25% is now in your Two Good yogurt!
Two Good Good Save Meyer Lemon Greek Yogurt is available exclusively at Target!
