And on top of that, I am sure they are not getting in as many different colors of veggies to get different vitamins and nutrients! I really feel like what it said for me still isn’t enough. It said I should be eating 2 cups of fruit and 2.5 cups of veggies. Although, I try to eat more than that. No matter what diet you are on or eating lifestyle you take up..I feel like you should be able to eat as many fruits and veggies as your little heart desires!
