At home ‘sushi’ bowl is one of my favorite super simple meals that tastes like it’s from a restaurant! 🍣 It’s the perfect light, easy, healthy summer recipe for lunch or dinner! I like to add salmon or tuna but you can have fun with it and add the protein or fish of your choice!

What you need:
1/2 bag precooked rice of your choice
1 packet of salmon or tuna pre-drained
1/3 packet of edamame
1/4 English cucumber
A couple sheets of seaweed
A drizzle of coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
1 small spoonful of mayo of your choice and a drizzle of siracha!
Sesame seeds are optional!
It’s so easy and the packet of rice, edamame and cucumber make several bowls! 🍱
