I take 1 to 2 full droplets of this a day. I take one in the morning when I am getting ready and another around lunch if I am still feeling in a slump (not often though). In my opinion this doesn’t have the best flavor, but it isn’t unbearable. It is a little tart. I chose this supplement because it has 2,500 mcg of B12 and contains trace minerals – which are what I think gives it that different flavor. I have read so many articles talking about when possible, take a liquid vitamin over a pill due to easier absorption for the body due to typically having smaller molecule size. Lunch:
CLA | Inhibits fat cell storage, reduces fat cell size and fat formation (cellulite), helps build lean muscle.
While this most likely can help you to lose weight, that is not the main purpose of this. This is to help your body rid of fat storage pockets – if you will. Ie. cellulite on the thighs, lower abdomen, etc and allows you to build long lean muscles. Think of this as that little extra boost for all of your hard work and eating healthy. The reason I chose this one is because it comes in SO many good flavors – I like EVERY SINGLE ONE of them. But, this combo also packs in Collagen and Hyaluronic Acid to help your joints and promote youthful skin. Oh, and the reason I wait to take this at lunch is because I do the 16:8 fasting method and this has around 45-60 calories depending on flavor. If you do not do fasting, I would take this when you wake up.
Aloe Vera | Promotes good digestion, healthy cellular function and clean intestinal tract.
I have been taking this for about three months now and absolutely love it. The flavor is sort of like a muted pear/apple combo. At first I was only taking 1 oz. a day but recently upped it to 2 oz a day and can tell a difference. I recommend starting with the one and slowly adjusting to the 2 but, it is super gentle so you most likely won’t be running to the bathroom on 1 oz. I take to help prevent/remove bloating.
Liquid Collagen | Promotes healthy aging, active joints and younger-looking skin, hair and nails.
There are 4 different options with this liquid collagen. I take the Life, it is gluten free and has the best flavor in my opinion. The only one I haven’t tried is the Skin. The Pure is Keto approved and calorie free but I couldn’t stomach the flavor. The Sport is Ryan’s favorite and has BCAA’s in it! I take this for benefits in my hair, nails, skin and joints when I am running! I highly recommend this for postpartum mamas too! These taste SO good!! I used to make my apple cider drink every morning for years and decided to switch over to these. This is so much easier, doesn’t take up 15 minutes in my morning routine and I can take them at night with the rest of my vitamins. Each gummy does have 15 calories tho, so keep in mind if fasting or counting calories, but these gummies also have additional healthy benefits.
I prefer the Goli vitamins due to taste, but if you wanted a pill version I took these for a long time too (I just looked on Amazon and saw I purchased this bottle 12 times) and saw the same results! I do not think these have any calories in them, but not positive.
